The operational infrastructure layer for care that works.
Post-acute care runs on people, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. We're consolidating workforce management, care coordination, and operational intelligence into one platform.
Trusted by leaders in healthcare staffing
Post-acute care runs on fragments — and patients pay the price.
The transitional window between hospital discharge and stable recovery is the most critical — and it's managed across spreadsheets, group texts, paper rosters, and tools that never speak to each other. The cost is measured in CPT leakage and readmissions.
Multi-facility rosters tracked in Excel, shared via email, updated manually. Coverage gaps discovered the morning of a shift.
TCM contacts tracked in notebooks and voicemails. The 48-hour CPT window missed because nobody owns the follow-up queue.
CPT codes manually entered from handwritten notes. Revenue cycle operates weeks behind care delivery, with leakage nobody can measure.
Shift fill requests sent to group chats. No credential verification, no burnout detection, no audit trail for compliance.
Three layers. One operating system
for
post-acute care.
Provider scheduling, credentialing, intelligent assignment, real-time load balancing, and burnout detection — for multi-facility post-acute teams.
TCM workflows, 30-day follow-up windows, and SLA-backed contact queues so no transitional patient falls through the cracks — across SNFs, ALFs, and outpatient.

O·R·A · Never Miss A Beat.
O·R·A is Round-ing's AI clinical intelligence layer. Built on FastAPI, LangChain agents, and an XGBoost risk model trained on post-acute outcomes — it surfaces readmission risk before it becomes a readmission.
Plays well with your existing stack.
Round-ing integrates into the tools facilities already use — no rip-and-replace required.
Care coordination,
finally, in sync.
One live system connecting your staff, facilities, compliance, and billing. No more spreadsheets. No more silos. No more missed TCM windows.

Frequently asked
questions
How does Round-ing differ from generic healthcare staffing tools?
Round-ing is built specifically for post-acute and long-term care. Unlike generic tools, we consolidate workforce management, transitional care coordination (TCM), and operational intelligence into one platform. The difference is clinical specificity — CPT 99495/99496 logic, readmission risk models, and SNF/ALF partner portals built in from the start.
What is the TCM (Transitional Care Management) engine?
The TCM engine manages the 30-day post-discharge patient journey. It tracks the critical 48-hour first contact window for CPT 99496, enforces SLA-backed contact queues so no patient falls through, and logs all touchpoints for billing documentation. Everything required to capture TCM codes and reduce readmissions — without spreadsheets.
What is O·R·A and how is it different from generic AI assistants?
O·R·A is Round-ing's AI clinical intelligence layer, built on FastAPI, LangChain agents, and an XGBoost model trained on post-acute outcomes. It surfaces readmission risk before discharge patterns become readmissions, tracks CPT capture rates, and flags patients in the 48-hour TCM window. PHI never leaves your secure environment — it runs in a HIPAA-compliant AWS Private VPC with de-identified Pinecone vector storage.
Is Round-ing HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Round-ing uses AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and maintains Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with AWS, Pinecone, and Twilio. The AI intelligence layer uses a de-identified Pinecone vector store, and PHI is never sent to third-party model providers. BAA requests can be submitted directly from our Legal page.
Which facility types does Round-ing support?
Round-ing supports SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facilities), ALFs (Assisted Living Facilities), outpatient practices, and behavioral health providers. The SNF/ALF partner portal manages BAA compliance per facility. Multi-facility operators can see cross-site capacity, staffing, and TCM queue status from a single dashboard.
When does Round-ing launch and how do I get early access?
Round-ing is targeting a Q3 2026 general availability launch. Early access is available now for qualifying post-acute and long-term care operators. Request access to join the waitlist — our team will follow up within one business day. No long-term commitment required.
